Perry Oklahoma Land sells for $425,000
 Though the weather was cold and windy outside, the bidding was heated inside. More than 50 people in attendance watched as 15 registered bidders competed for the property. The 150 acres located off of I-35 and hwy 77, had excellent access and more than 1/2 mile of road frontage. The property was offered in 22 parcels and as an entirety. The property was bid in the initial round of bidding in 22 individual parcels using the multipar method. Eventually the property sold to one buyer as an entire piece. The buyer is planning future development but specific details were not disclosed. This auction was conducted in cooperation with Pickens Auctions of Stillwater, Oklahoma. |
