Auction Registration: Begins at 9:30 a.m. on auction day. Sale will start promptly at 11:00.  
 
Terms of Sale:    10% down on auction day with the balance due at closing within 30 days.
 
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the total purchase price.
 
Inspection: An auction representative will be On-Site on March 27th from 10:00 –3:00p.m.
